The only Android developer on the product
Better HR's Android side had a single seat. Every feature, every bug fix and every release — mine. The cost of that was context-switching across the whole app; the upside was full ownership of the code that shipped.

Set up Git Flow and a proper release process
Releases were ad-hoc when I arrived. I introduced Git Flow, replaced the deprecated libraries, and got a release cadence in place. Releases went out about 25% faster after the cleanup.
